The most import…

The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn’t being said.

Most (I think around 60-80% or something) of our communication is non-verbal, i.e. through facial expressions, body language, gestures, etc.

So, rather than just listening to what a person says, it is also important to pay attention to the actions which accompany that persons words.

You can learn a lot about people that way.
